Attention to Quality

I used Top Shape to install a new roof, repaint indoor ceilings and for some remodeling. They were prompt, attentive to detail and seriously committed to providing quality work. Any minor detail that I brought to their attention was remedied immediately. In addition, they provided work/services over and above my original contracts. For instance, while they were working on my roof, I noticed a small section of trim on my home that was suffering from water damage. Imagine my surprise when a full two weeks after the roof repair was complete, I noticed that Top Shape had come back to my house and repaired the damaged trim—which was NOT part of any contract!

Great roofing company

I chose Top Shape Roofing for one main reason: customer service. I had multiple roofing contractors come to my house and give me an estimate to replace my roof, and Top Shape became the easy pick. I initially met with DJ, the owner, at my house in Grand Prairie and he explained everything so I could understand the process and feel comfortable with this big decision. DJ was a very professional and down-to-earth guy who seemed to truly want to satisfy his customers. So it was a big bonus that Top Shape gave me the best deal financially of the four estimates I had received.

I was also amazed at how quickly the job was completed. Once I signed the contract, the roof was completed in two days, which was great because I was closing on my home three days later. The new roof was actually installed in one day.

As far as the roof goes, everything was completed on time, and the workers cleaned up my yard afterwards. The roof looks great and I was able to close on my house without any issues. I would highly recommend Top Shape for any roof repair you need.

Kitchen Fire turned good!

One of the most devastating things that could happen to a homeowner is their house catching on fire. We experienced this and had no idea where to go or what to do. I found Top Shape while running through the phone book and decided to call them. I’m so glad I did. They immediately sent a field rep out, and when he saw the project he called the owner and had him come. The owner of the company was very knowledgeable of insurance claims and said I could file one. He helped me through the entire process, and they made my kitchen look amazing. So, what could have been a terrible thing turned into me getting a classy remodeled kitchen.
